About the Role:
SwiftStart is seeking a visionary AI Implementation Consultant to transform the way we operate by embedding cutting-edge AI and automation technologies across all aspects of our agency’s service-based business. This role is central to identifying inefficiencies, proposing strategic solutions, and ensuring our systems and workflows are scalable, efficient, and future-ready. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of agency dynamics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of successfully deploying AI-driven systems to improve productivity and service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy Development

• Assess current systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for AI and automation tailored to an agency environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic goals for AI implementation, focusing on areas such as client onboarding, campaign management, performance reporting, and service delivery.
• Recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks aligned with Swiftstart’s objectives and client-centric approach.

Implementation and Optimization

• Develop and execute a detailed roadmap for AI adoption, prioritizing high-impact areas in operations, project management, and client communication.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for tasks such as proposal generation, campaign analytics, and resource allocation.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with existing CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms.

Training and Enablement

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate teams on the capabilities and benefits of AI-driven workflows.
• Work closely with team leads to ensure successful adoption and address real-time challenges during transitions.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

• Measure the performance and ROI of implemented AI solutions, providing clear metrics to stakeholders.
• Continuously refine and update AI tools to ensure alignment with business needs, client expectations, and emerging technologies.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices to keep Swiftstart at the forefront of innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure data integrity and readiness for AI use, while maintaining compliance with data privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing AI and automation solutions within an agency or service-based business.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows, client management systems, and project lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Power Automate), and technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI frameworks.
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, UiPath, or similar.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
